Full Fathom 5 is North Brewing's flagship porter. A bountiful of toasted coconut and whole coffee beans are both steeped in a rich porter made up of a variety of specialty malts making for a luxurious silk liquid. A family member we don't see often, but when we do, we're full of love and warm fuzzy feelings.

Svart. Lysebrunt filmskum. Aroma av tynn kaffe. Smaken vanije & melkesjokolade. Hint av kosnøtt etter hvert. Mere sjokolade i avslutninga. Bra den.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Black with fizzy beige head. Aroma of hazelnuts and coffee. Swee with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Caramel cake and loads of effin coconut. Low bitterness. Fizzy coconut pastry with edges. Sigh.

Can 33 cl. Opaque, dark brown with a tiny, beige head. Roasty nose with an edge of coconut. Medium body, roasty, molasses a slight sweetness and then pleasant coconut accents. No real bitterness. Somehow I expect a sweeter backdrop for coconut, but still this is not a bad drop. 200122

440ml can from Gavel, KL. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, coffee, chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a coconut, caramel, sugary, coffee, light liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
