Grisette Fruits des Bois Bio 0.0 % is an incredibly light, amaranth-red alcohol-free beer. It has a delicate, scalloped head. This organic beer is full of the rich aromas of raspberries, Morello cherries and blackcurrants, with refreshing wheat notes in the background. On the mouth, it is well rounded with both sweet and tart notes; the finish is pleasant, supple and rich, with a cereal aftertaste. There is a subtle bitter flavour.
