Hazy orange-yellow color, decent but collapsing white head. Bubblegum nose with hints of skunky hops. Crisp carbonation. Some citrusy acidity, otherwise flavor is mainly bubblegummy. Lemony aftertaste. Simple, below average hefeweizen.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy golden colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, mildly wheaty as well as slight herbal notes. Flavour is wheat, some caramel, mild fruity notes as well as some herbs.

On tap at the brewpub in Köln. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and wheat. Slightly sour taste of citrus, yeast, wheat and bubblegum. Medium body with a good amount of carbonation. Not bad.

cloudy yellow, white head. peaches, yeast in the aroma. flavor is slighly citrussy, wheaty, slightly hoppy bitter. actually tastes real nice.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has strong notes of wheat as well as some straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Fresh aroma of citrus and yeast. Medium body, sweet citrus and banana with a whiff of yeast. Heavily carbonated. Ends a little sweet. A good Hefe. 161209

Bottle: Golden, hazy, stable mid-sized fluffy white head; slightly vinous nose + lemon peel + yeast; moderate bitter-sourish glavour, light bodied; short tart and fruity-yeasty finish. Good semi-Kölsch-like thirst-quencher.....

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet and yeasty malty aroma with a grainy and wheaty touch, accompanied by notes of banana and dust. Sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Slightly grainy and fruity, moderately wheaty malty taste; moderately dry and bitter tart yeasty- and hop-bitter finish. Not bad. 16.XI.09

Draught at Sünner im Wahlfisch, Köln. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with light dusty overripe banana. Dryish and well rounded, lightly spritzy. Veru fruity with slight salty bitterness. Quite pleasant.
