Inspired by the art of blending, the Cellar Cuvee project celebrates the marriage of distinct and diverse barrel-aged beer. Cellar Cuvee 12 features a blend of our beloved Perpetum, aged in oak for 35 months, and a 30 month barrel-aged Belgian Pale. Refermented with peaches and green grapes, this offering provides an elevated and mature take on a classic juice from our childhood; white grape and peach.
