Bottle from "Ren Kost" in Aarhus. Pours hazy reddish brown with small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, ripe fruit, raisin and prune. Also hints of warm campfire smoke and smoked ham. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is watery to light oily with good carbonation. Finish is long and oily with notes of almonds, sweet dark fruits and light warm smoke. Very pleasant.

Bottled@Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm (backlog). Reddish nut brown colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, banana, some caramel, mild spices and mild yeastyness. Flavour is banana, wheat, spices, mild toffee as well as some toasted and ryebready notes as well. Actually very pleasant!

bouteille 50cl.
