Bottle:Nearly clear, foxy-amber coloured, stable creamy off-white head, complex aroma of caramel, toasted malt, rye-bread and wheat; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, quite light bodied and pretty soft; smooth and lingering bready-toasty finish with a delicate malty bitterness. A nice one…

Like a loaf of rye bread, this beer is slightly more sour amd bitter than your normal weizen. Color is brown with biege head, smeel is like rye or pumpernickel. Some mild weizen notes are hinted at (bananas). Nice change ofpace....

50 cl. bottle. Brown colour with a golden hue, medium sized white head. Aroma with rye bread, banana, caramel, slightly roasted malts and spices. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, roasted finish with fruits and rye bread. The sweet fruitiness and rye bread flavour is quite odd, but works well together however. Extra credits for the rye bread.
