Bottle @ Thüringen. Pours cloudy Yellow with a frothy head. Grainy and doughy malts. Dry. Smooth. A scent of paperbag. 3.1

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear golden with a two figer white foamy head in the glass. You can´t expect more. Grainy with caramel on the nose, little bit metallic. Taste is also grainy, some malt and cramel. Above bitterness for Helles. Not bad.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, hay, litttle sweet citrus. Flavor is light bitter, malt, grainy, hay, light fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 020421

Apoldaer Glocken Hell, Flasche von Markgrafen, Wünsdorf-Waldstadt. - Hell goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase schlankes, getreidiges helles Malz und stumpf krautige, etwas leere Hopfenherbe, zart schwefelig. - Antrunk schlank hellmalzig und etwas ruppig hopfenherb, krautig mit blasser Zitronenschale, typisch Elbe-Saale. Etwas milder rezent, schlank; auch geschmacklich als leichteres Bier zu erkennen. Im Abgang dünne, etwas ruppige Hopfenherbe mit Hopfenextrakt. - Schlankes doch malzweiches, rundes Bier, anders als ein bayerisches Helles solide ostdeutsch-derb gehopft. Der Elbe-Saale-Hopfen ist zwar Geschmackssache, aber mir schmeckt's. (15.1.2021.)

Clear golden. Aroma is light noble hops a bit malty straw a hint of gummy bear. Taste is light sweet malt with the usual mass produced hop flavours. Quite light and drinkable. Not too shabby.

Bottled, from Sagasser, Ilmenau. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with some grass. Sweet with medium body and syrupy, rounded mouthfeel. Salty and resinous. Really bitter finish. Unpolished and lacking drinkability.
