Our house lager is a slight break from traditional lagers. Brewed with our house blend of yeasts, it is a hybrid in nature. Not a pils, not a helles, not a koln. With it being not boxed into any style we've given it a home in London, LDN Style. Hopped with Czech Saaz and a dry finish, it is an easy drinking fresh take on the crisp classics.

One-third pint, on keg at Tap East. Shared with Finn. bright late straw coloured body, patches on the surface leaving dotted spots on the glass. Plain cereal malty nose, underlying ripe fruits. Taste profile of noble hops and bread-like malts. Dry, mid-sweet finish. Fair enough. (London 17.11.2021).
