Can from Home Bargains, Rochdale. Reddy-brown coloured with a sweet aroma and taste through its raspberry, which isn’t overbearing but is the brew’s dominant ingredient. It has a fairly soft and clean tasting texture.

27/7/2022. Can shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear dark amber bronze with a frothy off-white head. Good looking beer. Aroma of caramel, raspberry, dried fruit, malt, light toasted bread, hint of smoke. Moderate sweetness, quite bitter, touch of tart. Medium body, oily, quite fizzy. Something a bit different from Adnams, quite enjoyed it.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 30/06/22. Very lightly hazed golden amber with a decent off white crown. Nose is brown bread, raspberries, grains, sweet malts, light perfume. Taste comprises lighter raspberry elements, brown bread, biscuit, fruit slice, hedgerow, light herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Ok.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear copper coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty malts, toffee, jammy raspberry, burnt toffee, brandy snap sugars. Flavour is composed of layered malts, toffee, nutty, jammy raspberry. Well done. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, fine carbonation. Nicely balanced.

Can. No idea where from. Been sat in the fridge months. Clear deep amber. Very decent glossy off white foam. Nose has raspberry purée. Toasted grain (is that intended?). Some toffee. Raspberry jam. Taste is fairly sweet with a good hit of tart raspberry. Nicely easy drinking with brisk carbonation. More raspberry to finish. Unexpectedly good.

(Can) Pours clear amber brown with small head. Aroma is raspberries, more jammy than fresh. Very pleasant. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Good, unusual taste with a contrast between tangy raspberries and a dark toffee burnt bitterness. Very nice.
