Hops drive our beer’s tropical intensity. So the choice is all-important. We brewed with Idaho 7, Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo. Each complements the other for a lip-smacking, palate-cleansing tropical flavour.

Dry-hopping gave us all those fruity, hoppy notes with the right, balanced bitterness. A wheat, oat and Munich malt bill made a rich, softly sweet base layer for all that flavour. And to ramp up the full-bodied hoppy aroma, flavour and texture, we’ve left this unfiltered with its hazy look of gold sun through thick clouds.

Today’s Haze is a 'right now’ kind of beer. It’s juicy and sweet with a slick bitterness to keep it in check. Drink this one fresh for the best hop aroma and flavour, with a side of vinegary chips for a tasty flavour contrast. It’s a chance to chase the unknown, and grab today before it gets away.
