Unser Premium Blond ist ein filtriertes, helles Lagerbier, welches durch wenig Bittere und einen schlanken Malzkörper gekennzeichnet ist. Eine lange Lagerung und schonende Filtration geben dem Bier einen erfrischenden und sehr süffigen Charakter. Beim Filtrieren werden Hefe und Trübstoffe aus dem Bier getrennt und es wird so länger haltbar gemacht. Da vor allem die Hefe ein Vollgefühl beim Biertrinken bewirkt, ist unser Premium Blond der perfekte Kandidat, wenn es mal mehr als nur 1 Feierabendbier werden soll.

I think that it is a decent lager/pils, malt, hop, a bit fruity and watery. A perfect pint during the summer at the Zürichsee, 18.09.17, serving me this beer at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it in one coop, Zürich.

Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is corn grains, slightly sweet aroma. Taste is very sweet, corn. A standard boring Lager. Mouthfeel is smoother than expected.
