Our take on a cali common steam lager. We used a range of specialty malts to give complex malt profile. The hops were grown at the Midsummer common community orchard. They are a mixture of Goldern Tassel, Fuggles and Challenger hops.

1/3 pint, draught at Calverley's taproom. Dotted spots on the glassware, clear amber body, low, pearl white head. Inviting malt-fruity smell, earthy and citric. Mixed taste profile of earth, ripe lemon and mid-sweet grain. Hints of grainy bitterness to the ending. Soft on the swallow. Pretty decent. (Cambridge 10.11.2021).
