Bottle, courtesy of King_Alex_II. Oh my, is this really supposed to be a DIPA? Has too much air of Doppelleu, not enough S&A. Too bad...

Orange color with small white head. Aroma is piney hops, some shallots. Taste is sweet, piney, shallots, bittersweet finish. Smooth carbonation. I don?t know what went wrong with Tom?s hoppings recently, they?re all a bit too spicy-oniony.
