Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustaf Malmö. Jordig och lätt funkig doft, skitig frukt, cider, äpplen, jordgubbar, fat, aningen vinäger. Annorlunda och kul.

Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Fruity aroma with notes of oak and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly funky yeast, citrus, oak and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a slightly funky citrus aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
