In vista di una data storica, il 25esimo compleanno del Birrificio, abbiamo voluto commemorare quest’evento unico raccogliendo tutta la nostra esperienza nella produzione di birre in stile IPA. Profilo salino dell’acqua per esaltare i sapori dei luppoli, utizzo di diversi cereali per un corpo morbido, combinazione di differenti tecniche di luppolatura a caldo, fermentazione con lievito inglese e un doppio dry hopping. Il risultato? Atomic, IPA da 6,2% ABV, in cui il ventaglio aromatico dei luppoli Mosaic, Chinook, Citra e Simcoe viene espresso nella sua completezza e prepotenza. Intensa ma pericolosamente beverina. Il modo migliore per brindare insieme a tutti voi che ci avete accompagnato per questi stupendi 25 anni!!!

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is citrussy hop with grass, citrus, light pale malt, and a little grapefruit. Hint of pine. Flavour is lightly sweetish with a medium bitterness. Medium body. Pleasant, citrussy and grassy.

From tap at Birrificio Lambrate 18.06.23. Hazy pale straw colour. Tall white head. Aroma and taste of pale malt, grassy hops, citrus peel and sorrel. Good!

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of pineapple, orange, some celery, sauerkraut and biscuity notes; taste of hoppy bitterness with similar notes to the aroma and some spicy/peppery aftertaste; good IPA

Draught@TCBW2022. Slightly hazy yellow colour with a small foamy head. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus and mild herbal tones. Flavour is tropical fruits, some mild herbal and wooden tones with mild zesty tones.

Tap at the Lambrate Brewpub, Milan, 18th October 22. Pours a slightly hazy orange, aroma is citrus and pine, taste is pithy, orange and bitter, grapefruit. Nicely bitter in the close, good IPA

Cask gravity at GBBF 2022. Cloudy pqle gold coloir. lasting white head. Good hoppy ipa. some grapefruit. some dryness. a little thickness in mouth. OK

Tropiki, żółte owoce. Barwa jasnozlota, opalizujące, piana trwała, piękny lacing. Goryczka zaznaczona, pestkowa, przyjemna. No świetna ipka. Mogłaby być trochę lżejsza i tyle brakuje do ideału.

Golden, cloudy with a medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, flowers and citrus. Light bitter, some sweetness with a tropical end.
