Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour, small head. Aroma is slightly acidic, some wood, vinegar and mild spicy tones. Flavour is vinegar, some tart apple like elements with some mild wood and spiciness.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a small, white head. Indistinct, fruity nose - as expected pear doesn't give much away. And the Brett is way less obvious compared to the green version. Medium body, a light fruity sweet soon overpowered by a massive, acetic acid. I bet this will turn into vinegar eventually! I wouldn't have guessed it to be a pear beer had the label not said so. 240822

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, acetone, pear, sour, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acetic and light acidic with a average duration, acetone, pear, dough, baking yeast, tart, sweet pear, light vinegar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20211229]
