Sample (thanks omhper!). Pinkish orange colour with a minor head. Aroma is a bunch of apples with some sugary tones and mild tartness. Flavour is tart and sweet apples with some tart wooden tones as well. A bit vinegary finish. Kind of cider meets a nicely brewed sour.

Bottle 33 cl Pours a clear yellow with a small, white head. Aroma of apple blending in with Brett. Medium body, somewhat fizzy mouthfeel. Super dry, with distinct apple notes and again Brett. Yet has a vague, underlying sweetness. Tart, bordering sour. In the borderland between beer and cider. But nice. 240822

Tåkete gul farge med hvitt skum. Lukter grønne epler, gjær. Syrlig i munnfølelse. Frisk og smak av sure epler.

ABV: 6.5%. Hazy medium yellow - purple colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white - silver - purple head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, funk, dough, apple, light vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apple, tart, dough, light vinegar. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20220217]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Cloudy straw colour, brief lively head. Funky citric nose with tart apples. Acetic with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Apple cider vinegar, tart apples and some funk. Mild apple skin bitterness.
