Blend of Imperial Stout and Barleywine Aged in Maple Bourbon Barrels. A thoughtful blend of 36 month aged Barleywine & 18 month aged Imperial Stout that then aged in Maple Bourbon barrels for another year. Full-bodied and rich, this blend embodies nuance and extravagance. Motivated by an inescapable desire; the indelible sense of passion for the curious takes us on an adventure through malt complexity and chocolate depths. Intense around every corner, yet, alone comforting in ganache and earthy maple sap. Consider yourself and experience with us.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous black, no head. Aroma of maple syrup, treacle and licorice. Very sweet with full body and oily but soft mouthfeel. Coffee and maple syrup, rich on malt. Warming finish. Feels like a good beer drowned in maple syrup.
