Big funky yeast nose with big Merlot and oak. Very tart, lots of red wine, very dry, and tons of merlot. Nice red white wild ale but not super complex

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear burgundy colour, brief head. Tart vinous nose with hints of marzipan and leafs. Tart with medium to full body. Elegant black curranty wine on tart wood. Maybe not super complex, but elegant and with good drinkability. Excellently crafted.

Deep red with a small pink head. Aroma of red wine with dark berries and lots of oak. Dry and tart, rich red wine flavour with lasting oak character.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is blueberries and some black currant with mild vanilla tones with some raspberries. Flavour is blackberries and some black currant with some wooden tones.
