Malted barley, oats. Sitting somewhere between Northern English and American brown ales in style. Medium-bodied. Toasted nuts and dark caramel balanced by hop bitterness and gentle hop aromas

Keg at the brewery. Pours clear, dark brown with a frothy tan head. Moderate toasted malts in the nose, chocolate, subtle earth. Light to medium seeet flavor with well toasted brown bread, cocoa, earth, burnt caramel. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly dry to finish with some dirty burnt malts, cocoa, more burnt caramel, charcoal. Nice stuff. Pretty good depth for a brown ale.

330ml bottle. Pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma is ashy chocolate milkshake. Some veg too. Taste has milk choc throughout, grainy finish with a hint of beef on the aftertaste.
