Die feine Hefe begeistert schon vor dem Trinken mit ihrer kräftigen, goldgelben Farbe und ihrer feinporigen Schaumkrone. Die betont fruchtigen Aromen durchsetzt mit Banane und reifer Aprikose werden von einer angenehmen, belebenden Frische begleitet. Der weiche, runde Körper trifft auf eine milde, feine Hopfenbittere und präsentiert einen sehr ausgewogenen, harmonischen Ausklang, der Lust auf mehr macht.

50 cl. bottle. Hazy, golden-amber with a creamy, white head. Fruity aroma with light banana, cloves, spices, yeasts and light herbal hops. Wheat malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, thinner texture, average carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity with mild citrus and a faint, harbal bitterness. Run of the mill hefeweizen, nice thirst killer in the summer heat.

(Keg at Dicker Mann, Regensburg, 20130313) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had banana, clove and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were clove, banana, fruitiness, malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A good hefeweizen.

Ogólnie świetne piwo. Świetnie wygląda piana, jak wierzowiec i jest bardzo gęsta. Kolor mętny, a po przelaniu całości i po przelaniu resztek w butelce jest bardzo bardzo mętne. Dotychczas niespotykane w piwach pszenicznych z Bawarii. Piwo to świetnie komponuje się z wszelką żywnością. Polecam

Bottle @ hotel room Munich, picked up at Kuchlbauer. Fairly cloudy, yellow orange appearance with a cream colored head. Dusty, yeasty, somewhat floral, clove, bready aroma. Tangy, acidic carbonation, chewy bready, fairly spicy, clove flavor. Ok but I’m not a big fan.

50cl bottle. Pours a lovely, cloudy orange to beige colour with steady bubbles and a very generous head. Nose of ripe bananas and cream. Taste of banana and vanilla ice cream. Palate is medium bodied with creamy texture and a long, refreshing finish. Overall, not as big as some hefe but very refreshing compared to most.

A slightly orange-yellow beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is strongly wheat, sourness, some spicyness, only hint of bananas. Taste is also full of wheat, sour, quite dry, some herbs and only hint of bananas. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation, typical and functional. Quite dry hefe, not in the top, due of the best refreshning and tastefull are missing; basic hefe.
