Ljusbringare är en ofiltrerad ljus lager bryggd på rustik malt av gamla kornsorter och generösa mängder humle av den nobla sorten Tettnanger. Det här är vår hyllning till de färska lager man kan stöta på i Oberpfalz, som folket brygger på kommunala bryggerier. Vår öl har lite högre beska och mer kolsyra men idén är densamma en god öl till vardag och fest.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, herbal and mild earthy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, floral and some earthy and mild bready tones. Quite crisp.

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. (my first one from this brewery) A bit hazy golden with a white. Floral with grass, bread and light spices. A decent one.

Burk. Lite stökig i smaken. Men på ett bra sätt. Lite rufsig, men inom ramarna. Lätt ljust maltighet. Viss syrlighet. Lätt, lätt kryddig. Enorma mängder nyslaget gräs, ja nästan lite weedig. Oerhört mjuk och fin munkänsla.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, straw, sweet malt, pale malt, light sour malt, husks - chaff, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, husks - chaff, grass, dusty, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220123]

--Canned, from Systembolaget.-- Hazy golden, mid sized head. DOughy nose with hay and strawberries. Mid dry with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Floral grass, doughy bread and notes of minerals. Long bitterness. Actually pretty reminiscent of zoigl. Interesting and pleasant.
