Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is whisky, barrels, some vanilla, and mild liquorice, wood and alcohol. Flavour is quite much the same with mild smoked tones. Really lovely smoked aftertaste. Huge thing.

Flaska. Mörk choklad, karamell och lakrits, men framförallt rökig whisky. Det smakar mycket och tydligt av allt, utan att för den sakens skull vara någon aggressiv sörja. Smakfullt och lättdrucket!

Flaska från Systembolaget. Svart med lite beiget skum. Söt rökig doft. Söt, mjuk, choklad, whisky och lite rök. Klart godare än romvarianten

Bottle shared at BBT 3/2022. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Assertive strenght, but not too much, moderately warming. Moderate whisky, but also med-high coffee, it does not mix so well with the Laphroaig character for me. Med-high bitterness, medium sweetness, medium peaty peatiness. Slightly vegetal feeling. Good, but not great.

Bottle at BBT #4/2022. Malty aroma and taste, roastyness, peat, coffee notes, medium bitter. Medium to full body, malty peaty bitter finish. Ok.

Flaska från SB. Opak mörkbrun lite trögflytande vätska. Stor doft med choklad, pralin, whisky och tjära. Stor kropp, fina fattoner, torv, tjära, lakrits, pralin och chokladondant. Torr och åt det kärvare hållet och mycket gott

ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, peat, whisky, moderate chocolate - coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, peat, oak, whisky, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, coffee - chocolate, light tobacco - wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20211228]
