Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cracker, biscotto, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia, mandarino e banana.

T: medium malty base, banana, orange peels yet in a messy way, sorry this should be improved asap, medium carbonation, nothing really tasty here.

Bottle bought in Colmar. Hazy golden, mid sized head, looks slightly atypical. Yeasty wheat with spicy and fruity hints, good flavours and pleasant on the palate.
