Bottle, 13%. Dark brown with tiny head. Aroma is malt, yeast, little dark fruit and caramel. Flavour is malt, sweet, caramel, little dark fruit, warming, cloy, alocohol and a little bitter.

330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with late awakening, small, micropore creamy, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head, leaving a thin layer. Sweet fruity aroma has notes of red berries, especially strawberry, some milk chocolate, a touch of cherries. Taste is initially minimally sweet and slightly dry fruity, hints of cherries, later additionally dry to bitter, a touch of yeast, heavy hints of alcohol; oily palate. Absolutely exaggerated, meaningless, even moronic approach to reach a pubertal goal.

A reddish brown viscous weizenbock with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet dark fruits with grassy notes and off notes. In mouth, a sour infected mess with fusel alcohol, dark fruits, awful. BB O7-14.

Bottle opens with a pop! Very hazy amber beer. Tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is surprisingly light and smooth with prickly carbonation. Strong wheaty malt. Mild caramel and smoke. Finishes soft and semi dry with a carbonated bite. Though this would be rough but it’s not bad and the alcohol doesn’t dominate too much.

0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a woody-brown bronze colored one with a small sidesticking off-white top. Anonymous on the nose. Some sweetness with traces of alcohol. I'm not sure it I can get much more here. Perhaps traces of ripe fruits and that's about it. It has a soft small slowly-prickling carbonation level mixed in a thick powerful mouthfeel. Soft sweet, acidic and woody on the flavor. Most on the acidic side actually. Not as bad as I had expected. Really warming aftertaste that warms my throat a bit more than I like, but I guess I can approve it being a Friday and everything. 26.10.2012

Strong aroma, I imagine this is what "Pruno" (jailhouse wine made from prune juice) would smell like. Black in color with no head, a weizen should have a decent head. Taste of roast grain and coffee bitterness hiding under the alcohol tanginess. mouthfeel is slick and oily. Let’s see if this gets better as the alcohol kicks in....

Dark brown colour with a small tan head. Sweet wheat and fruity aroma. Starange vinous flavour with wheat and fruity notes. A lot better than expected.

33cl bottle. Ambrée/cuivre, col léger beige. Arôme de purée de fruits noirs, avec des notes de malt et sucre. En bouche, palais est réchauffant et une présence prononcée de ester fruité allant vers cerise confite et date, le tout sur un suivi sucré, carbonnation est modérée avec un malt caramel doux et sucré sur la fin.

33cl flip top bottle pours clear deep ruby red with mahogany like hues and really no head at all. The aroma is pretty bold and offers up prune juice reduction, smooth smoky rauch notes, some bacon, smoky prosciutto and hickory wood. The taste is thin and starts with robust notes of prunes, cherries, lots of smoke, prosciutto, soy sauce, some caramel, wood and booze. It stays smoky into the finish and the smoke actually grows a bit as faint wheat notes are noticed. It leaves a smoky, somewhat bacony, sticky dark fruity esters and wheat sensation deep into the after taste. This is a real sipper of a beer as it is big bold and thick and watery on the palate all at the same time.
