10/2/1/2/11/2

Bottle, 13% as Donner Weizen. Citric aroma, caramelly and a little fat yeast. Smells a little oxidized. Almost clear amber colour. Almost no head. Caramelly flavour, burning alcohol. Also tastes a little oxidized. Not bad, but too strong and does not get enough out of it.

Bottle. Very sweet banana, orange, peach and alcohol aroma. Hazy orange amber color with slight film of a head. Tangy tangerine/banana flavor - alcohol apparent but not overwhelming. Somehow maintains some weizen characteristics - interesting.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is not very zippy, no head. Starts very strong and alcoholic, also earthy and sourish. Too alcoholic and unbalanced finish. Does not really taste like a hefeweizen or a weizenbock!

50 cl ceramic bottle from my uncle. BB 02 2010. Shady straw color, small white head. Stale malty, yeasty, cheeze scent. Pineapple and alcohol taste, also peach, acidic, lemon, yeasty. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Nice bottle, not so nice beer.

Small white head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Grainy vinegary barnyard aroma with onion notes. Sweet-acidic alcoholic sugary taste with rotten fruity notes. Aftertaste of sweet-sour rotten apple. Extremely unusual, to put it mildly. (0.5l ceramic bottle from Bernt.)

50cl ceramic bottle. Bought@Southern Germany. Pours cloudy orang ewith a small quickly disappearing head. Nose is sweet fruity & malty with a large and visible amount of boozy alcohol. Sweet, smooth, peachy & very burning. Heavy & a bit too unbalanced!
