Flaska på Bishops Arm, Gustaf Malmö. Mahognyfärgad vätska med lågt skum. Stor vinös doft med mycket fat och trä, lätta vinös tanniner, druvor, russin och mörka bär. En närmast klockren tolkning av stilen. Så roligt att öl som den här bryggs i Sverige. Mycket gott

On tap at Akkurat. Amber/brownish with a small head. Tart with oak, dark berries, some vinegar and wine. A tasty one.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 3 Dec 2021) Dark reddish brown colour with brief beige head. Malty, fruity, sourish nose with notes of caramel, balsamic vinegar, dried fruit and cherries. Fruity, malty, tart taste with dark cherries, balsamic vinegar, dried fruit, blueberries, blackberries, oak wood and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Complex, tart and really tasty. A bit of and acquired taste, but very nice.

--Keg at SBWF. -- Clear mahogany colour, small head. Vinous oaky nose. Tart and woody with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Woody tartness, red wine, dark berries. Tanninic bitter finish.
