Huivi on klassinen böömiläistyylinen pilsner, jossa maistuu Keski-Euroopan olutperinteiden vaikutus. Huivi on maultaan yrttinen ja päärynäinen, ja siinä käytetyt saaz- ja amarillo-humalat tuovat juomaan lisäksi kukkaisuutta sekä aavistuksen sitruksisuutta. Huivi on raikas seurustelujuoma, ja se sopii esimerkiksi kala- ja äyriäis- tai kasvisruokien kumppaniksi.

Clear copper colour, small beige head. Light fruityness from caramalt and Amarillo, a bit vegetably notes. Light to medium-bodied. Same in the flavour: caramel, fruityness and veggie hops. Tolerable but very little to do with Bohemian pils.

33cl bottle. Labeled beer for InfoCare company. BBE 12/2020. Poured clear golden with a thick white head. Not drinkable, some sulphury like notes and strong funkyness. A sip was enough. Something has gone terribly wrong...

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 08/2020, from the brewery, 20200409) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, vegetables, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. An unclean brew with some displeasing notes.
