We took our sweet lehua traditional, which by itself exhibits huge tropical notes of pineapple, melon, and peach, and rested it in Chardonnay barrels for 12 months. Then we pulled it out and added blood orange, passion fruit, and guava. A delicious tropical treat! Sediment is normal from the fruit settling. Pairs well with the beach!

Sunny yellow, with some sediment. Smell is yellow fruity, super tropical, loads of guava. Lovely thick, smooth and sticky. Taste is crazy fruity and tropical, very sweet but it works with the fruit. Only a light bitter reminds it's mead, not nectar. Wow.
