0.33 l bottle from Craft Beer Schneider’s Longerich, best before 31/12/2017. Clear, luscious, orangeish amber with a huge, foamy, slowly diminishing, tan to white head. Slightly funky, sourish-fruity aroma of rhubarb, quince, pepper, gooseberry, oak and lemon. Funky, sourish-fruity taste of rhubarb, quince, gooseberry, lemon, oak and pepper, followed by a medium long, very tart, peppery finish. Thin to medium body, effervescent and astringent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Relatively complex and sophisticated, quite sour and highly refreshing. Very good!

Yellow color with big head. Nice fruitiness of rhubarbs and quince, good tartness. Taste is refreshing and awesome, extremely foamy carbonation. Dry finish. It’s like a Schaumparty in your mouth. Taste is actually very good.

Saurer, frisch fruchtiger Antrunk. Rhabarber und Quitte sind in gelungenem Verhältnis gemischt, steigende Bitterkeit, die immer hinter der Säure bleibt. Vollmundig, zum Ende frische milde Herbe. 11/12/12/12//12
