Hops can do many amazing things in a beer, but some of the most delicious and interesting flavors can only be developed through complex fermentations with wild yeast and bacteria, as in our oak-age sour beer. The Wild IPA is a marriage of these funky, fruity, floral flavors with the citrus and tropical fruit characteristics that we have come to love in modern American hops.

Tangerine, mango, biscuit malt, and orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with minimal head. Moderately sweet tangerine, mango, biscuit malt, lightly sour Brett, and lightly bitter orange peel flavor. Good body. Nice.
