Eine echte bayrische Bierspezialität ist unser Dallmayr Urtyp. Ein helles Vollbier, harmonisch zart, sein Schaum stabil und feinporig. In der Nase verhält es sich fein, hält kellerfrische Geruchsnoten, durchsetzt mit vielerlei floralen Hopfentönen bereit. Der edle Gerstensaft ist angenehm spritzig und bedient sich mit einem leichten und weichen Körper. Die im Hintergrund kommende milde Süße, verbindet sich gut mit seinem samtig-weichen Hopfen- und Malzaromen. Im Abgang läuft es rund und harmonisch aus. Der Dallmayr Urtyp verdankt seinen einzigartigen und hochwertigen Geschmack, deutschen Qualitätsmalz und ausgesuchten Hopfen und als „i-Tüpferl“ zum Schluss, ausreichende Ruhe zum reifen. Gebraut wird traditionell nach dem "Bayerischen Reinheitsgebot" von 1516 - hierbei zeigt sich Bayerns große Brautradition wie immer von seiner besten Seite. Vollbierdefinition: Von Vollbier spricht man, wenn der Stammwürzegehalt bei 11-14% liegt.

Clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized malt, dark bread. Taste of caramelized dark malt, toffee, burned bread, nuts, moderate bitterness.

Amber color with tan head that goes down quickly. Aroma is malty and a bit nutty. Like pure malts, like a brewery smells. Taste is more malts and a bit nutty, a bit watery. Finish is a bit sweet. Overall quite sweet. Simplistic, but okay if you like the flavours. I prefer the Dunkels drier.

Wässrig herber Antrunk, leicht malzig. Im Mittelteil wässriger und deutlich süßer, auch die Herbe steigt etwas. Ok. 8/7/8/8/7/8

Bottle, Many thanks Roei, small creamy head, clear light brown colour with some reddish and goldish taints, aroma of nuts, wood, and lots of yeastiness, flavour of caramel, bread, and nuts, with a pleasant medium bitterness, light bodied. Easy and satisfying

Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, mild dark fruits as well as some toffee. Flavour is quite much the same in a pleasant balance.

Bottled. Clear nut brown, faint head. Roasty spicy nose. Dryish, medium bodied, clean rounded mouthfeel. Mildly buttery and fruity, marked roastiness. Some spicy bitterness.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut colour with a medium-sized and tanned foamy head. Sweet and nutty caramel-malty aroma with a shy touch herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Nutty and cara-malty taste with shy herbal accents; moderately dry, a bit slim and mildly bitter finish. Smells good, tastes rather mediocre. 12.I.11

Bügelverschlußflasche (gekauft beim Dallmayr in München): Clear, amber to dark amber coloured, bigger, quite stable, off-white head; moderate to solid nutty and caramalty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; drier bitter and malty finish. Great aroma, average taste......
