BLANKA PIQUETTE HYBRID ALE
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Electric Bicycle Brewing Company, Blanka is inspired by Piquette wines, known to be easy drinking and lower in alcohol. This light, effervescent ale is conditioned on Bacchus pomace from Backyard Vineyards. With a bright and light aroma of floral and citrus notes, Blanka is a crisp and refreshing beer.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Hazy yellow body and okay foam. Tart pineapple juice aroma, a little too subtle. Taste is dry grain, plenty of yeast, ending light like meringue with soft floral notes. Quite subtle but nice in that way too.
