Copper brown with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter.

50 cl. bottle @ home. Copper brown with a tan head. Faint aroma of roasted malts. Roasted malts and coffee and a lot of sugar in the taste. Too sweet and thin to be really good.

bouteille 50cl. Etant fan du style porter, cette bière est minimaliste et une très pauvre représentation du style. Cuivrée avec col beige-moka. Arôme présente un profile trop caramel qui va quasi sur le liquoreux le tout avec un mélange café-herbe. Palais est trop axé sur la caramel qui au fini apparait comme trop liquoreux et fait que cette bière est trop difficile à finir et/ou à apprécier. Le tout garde une fine amertume, un peu herbacée avec une sorte de sirop qui devient un peu écœurant sur la fin. Le tout se mélangeant à une carbonation minime.

Bottle. Sweet molasses malt and light grass aroma. Medium brown color with small head. Cloyingly sweet brown sugar and light malt flavor - lightly smokey finish. Way too sweet.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, brown sugar. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100228]

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours nearly black with a small white head and lacings. Nose is mild roast and chocolate. Smooth palate. A bit of vegetable and grain. Medium bodied. Ends dry.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel and has notes of licorice and hops. A little on the sweet side.

Bottle in Berlin.Dark brownish colour with no head,looks like cola and taste also a bit like cola has hint of rosted malt and brown sugar was served to warm,and feels unbalanced.
