Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5
Clear deep copper body and okay foam. Good malty grain on the nose, slight sour Flanders red notes. Taste is a muddy mix of fruity malt, ending unneccessarily sweet and cloying. Somewhat drinkable but really missing the mark of a good French saison.
