Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild acidity, floral, some herbal, caramel, floral and tart wooden tones. Flavour is tart wood, some floral tones with mild acidity. Simplistic sour ale.

bottle from Tavour - saved for special occaision. I loved this beer - the Cab mellowed the sour, while keeping it tart. Beautiful color and mild grape notes. Excellent

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium to light amber colour with a small to average, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, sour, sour fruit - grapes - wine, baking yeast, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, baking yeast, dough, sour - tart, fruity - grapes - wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211228]

--Bottled, from Mikkeller Bottle Shop, Copenhagen. -- Almost clear orange colour, lively head. Tart oaky vinous nose. Dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Oaky white wine, mild grass and funk. Low biterness. Elegant and tasty.
