ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium to light amber colour with a small to average, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, sour, sour fruit - grapes - wine, baking yeast, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, baking yeast, dough, sour - tart, fruity - grapes - wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211228]

--Bottled, from Mikkeller Bottle Shop, Copenhagen. -- Almost clear orange colour, lively head. Tart oaky vinous nose. Dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Oaky white wine, mild grass and funk. Low biterness. Elegant and tasty.
