🔪STABBO COLLABO🔪 Sometimes origin stories are a mystery, just like the name of this beer 🤷🏻‍♂️ Brewed with our homie ET with @recycledbrewco Stabbo Collabo is a super soft, hazy double blessed with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 on the hot side. We dry hopped with the same varietals but went Nelson heavy….because we can 😎 Stonefruit, citrus, gooseberry, mango and mixed berries dominate the taste and aroma. 8% abv 🔪

On draft at Dominion Wine and Beer. Pours a murky straw with an off white head. Aromas are tropical fruits and hay. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus.

Super hazy, pure golden and straw coloured body with a nice raw honey glow and a thick, four to five centimetre tall off-white and relatively soapy head that lasts for a long time and leaves a pretty nasty lace on the sides. Aroma of pure cream and lactose with a bunch of vanilla and straw notes with some big wheatie elements and a lot of floral notes as well with some caster sugar and noticeable resinous hops here with some grapefruit as well. Medium to Full-bodied; Super rich malty notes with a big sweet bite from the lactose with a lot of alpha acids and bitterness, but cut almost immediately by the fruits and citrus flavours with a floral finish that is nice and robust with the lactose still coming out strong. Aftertaste shows the hops and wheat both almost equally with a nice kick of hops and robust floral dryness with some cream, vanilla and lactose adding the pungency here. Overall, a nice and robust hazy and pungent New England IPA that borders on Imperial status due to the richness of the malts and the lactose here, but it still goes down pretty easily, with a lot of sweetness. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 18-December-2021 for US$, sampled in my hotel room and on the streets of New York on 20-December-2021.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Pineapple, tropical fruit, gooseberry and citrus aromas dominate the nose. Palate is similar with a nice pine, pithy bitterness to balance out the tropical fruit flavors. Drying finish with nice, tight carbonation.
