Trockener, leicht säuerlich apfeliger Start. Zum Mittelteil noch trockener werdend, moderat süffig, konstant. Kurzer Nachgeschmack. 7/8/8/7/5/7

Thanks to Hans Peter G. Fruity sourish, medium dry with still nice fruitiness. Grain there, fruit with a subtle sweetness. Interesting.

33cl bottle. A clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of tart dry and juicy apples, sulfur. Taste of mild sourish dry apples, sulfur, watery mouthfeel.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a small, rough, white head that disapears in no time. Heavy, eathery Brett aroma atop some sweet apple notes. Medium body, mouth dryingly dry and astringent rather than tart. Massively peely and full of tannins. Lowish carbonation. Very artisanal, and far from the more commercial Apfelwein of Hesse. 230222
