Backlog. The aroma is of grapes, spicy yeast, and some funk. The flavor is lightly sweet with grapes, yeast, and funk in a tasty brew that’s lively on the palate. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As Trois Dames Fiancée Pinot Noir ].Gusher !! ABV: 8.0%. Unclear matt medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, funky, grape, wine, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, wine, yeast, funky, light wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20160708] 8-3-7-2-16

Bottled@PBF XI. Pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, earthy and citrusy with some mild spicyu notes. Flavour is very similar, making this a nice thirst quencher, even though it’s 7 % as for the abv.

750ml bottle @PBF XI. Poured light amber, thin white head. Aroma has red wine notes, funk in aroma. Huge aroma. Flavor has funk, lemon, tartness, red wine touch. Very tasty. Very interesting.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is grape, must, funk. Taste is slightly sour with a really nice woody grape finish. Barrel aging worked quite well for this beer. Some sweetness too.

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. A saison with lots of wine characteristics. Strong grape aroma, lots of foam, very muddy. Quite spicy on the palate, some booze that fits well.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese. Pours pink grapefruit color with a transient fizzy white head. Aroma is rather citrus sour. Med body Flavor is earthy, sour, oaky and red grape. Oak astingency. Very nice.

No head but rim; cloudy orange beer. Sourish, sour / red fruit, grapes. Again sour fruit, flowery character, making it very delicate. Light, very attenuated; tittilating feel despite its dead look. Excellent. This is a flowery marvel. Strangely enough, if I did think of grapes (certainly in the nose), a Burgundy wine was not the first that came to mind.
