12 oz. bottle, thanks to Ian. Pours gold, with a medium, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is a lot of blueberries, walnuts, and some light chocolate. Syrupy sweetness, and a faint bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and thick. Overall, this is a strong fruit beer, with a pretty good blueberry aroma, but little balance.

19.06.2013, tap @ The Ginger Man NY:
Small creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of artificial, blueberry yoghurt, sugar, heather, grass, hay, light malts. Taste is slightly fruity, a little watery, artificial blueberry, heather, sugar, hay, light malts, cereal. Medium bitterness. Why is it so hard to make a blueberry ale that is actually nice, and not artificial like they usually are?

Light Yellow, Small Head, Little Lacing. Strong Blueberry Aroma. Taste the same, strong blueberry up front, some wheat sourness to finish. Thin Watery Body. Liked this one more than Lennie’s Berry Weiss. Decent.

From notes. "This tastes just like a blueberry muffin. I’ll get drunk on this, then go bake muffins of the blueberry kind. Great!"

Bottle. Tart artificial blueberry aroma, almost raspberry-like. Clear honey gold with a large off-white head. Artificial blueberry and very light malt flavor. Light effervescent body. Decent alcopop.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker. Pours dull clear golden with small white head that dissapates fast. Little lacing, medium/light body, and really nice blueberry aroma that last about a minute then the aroma is just light and sweet. Taste is slightly grainy malty wheat. Pretty good, but kind of boring.

Lifeless in the glass, dull golden-amber color, not many bubbles, thin fizzy head. Aroma was of near-pleasing blueberry and just a little breadiness, flavor similar but the blueberry seemed very fake and candy-like. Otherwise the beer was insipid.

$1.85 for a 12-oz single bottle. Pours golden with half an inch of white head. Smells of blueberry candy on top of trash. Finishes with blueberry - front is cheap lager and malt.
