Clear golden color with no head and scant lacing. Aroma of blueberry muffins. Taste of blueberry muffins. That’s about it. It’s a muffin, not a beer.

Bottle. Golden pour with a small white head. A lot of blueberries in the aroma. A little artificial flavor of blueberries and wheat. Body was quite light. Drinkable but a bottle was a bit too much.

2009-11-30, bottle at Papsø’s, 1-3-3-2-3=12
Hazy golden color. Fake fruity aroma and nasty puke. Simple, sweetish, caramel flavor, with some sweetener feeling, and artificial blueberry flavoring. Nasty.
2009-10-18, draught at Ginger Man, NYC, 6-3-5-2-10=26
Hazy blond color. Real aroma of forest blueberries, mild. Dry mouthfeel, light sourness, very light fruits. Simple.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. Fat, extreme almost cheesy blueberry aroma. Light body, vague swetness but otherwise extreme and dry blueberry flavours. Dryish finish. 301109

12oz bottle under the fake-me-out Trader Joe’s Kennebunkport label. Pale orange color, minimal light fluffy off-white head. Deep sweet malt and candy shop blueberry aroma. Solid blueberry flavor, bordering on artificial candy, but still enjoyable enough if you like blueberries. Some creamy orange flavor too, with a sugary sweet aftertaste. Very soda-like.

Updating this rating based on a 12 oz bottle I got from: September 2009 Beer of the Month Club, 10/22/09
(My original rating was 2.2.)
Aroma: The aroma is overwhelmingly blueberry, hard to find much else beyond that
Appearance: Pours a clear golden-yellow color with a small, bubbly white head
Flavor: Like the aroma this is a very sweet and blueberry beer, some wheat flavors too
Palate: Typically light body for the style, a bit on the overly carbonated side
Overall Impression: I get the appeal of this beer, don't get me wrong, bit for me it is just too sweet. If you take a wheat beer, completely overwhelm it with with sugary sweetness and blueberry flavors, you would get this beer. It may be a drop interesting, but it is just too sweet for a beer.

12 ounce bottle from Trader Joe’s in Glen Allen, VA. Kennebunkport label. Pours a light amber color with a thin head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma is a weird funky cheesy wheat with fairly strong blueberry notes. Taste is wheat, blueberry and some grainy and grassy notes. Thin bodied. Definitely a miss here.

12 oz bottle from a Winter Beer 10 Pack purchased at World Market for me by my wife. Best enjoyed before March 09 notched on label. Pour is slight hazed golden ruby, active settling leads to a 1 1/2 inch white head. Aroma is dirty blueberries, some waxy wheat behind that. The blueberry smell is pretty unnatural smelling, more like blueberry pie filling out of a can. Taste is really chemical falsely sweet blueberry. This is more like the blueberry filling in one of those hostess pie things. Wheat is present, and is also very unclean. Palate is waxy and slick, long NutraSweet aftertaste.
