Blonde IPA zonder overdreven bitterheid of overdaad aan hoparoma's maar een fris bier met aangename aanwezigheid van Amerikaanse hop (Columbus & Cascade). De cascade hop zorgt voor een prettig citrus-pompelmoes aroma.

Slightly aged sample Huge, fluffy, whipped eggwhite-like head, stable, over hazy finely carbonated ochre-copper beer. Nose is a combination of higher alcohols/esters, (wal)nuts, madeirisation, preserved orange. Aged, but quite nicely! Pale & coloured malts, madeira, port, raisins, nuts, estery flavours. Finish is hopbitter, not fruity, but pleasing and blending in very well. Medium bodied at least. Very good carbonation, full creamy feel. Aged?.... yes, but it's excellent!
