Bügelverschlußflasche: Copper coloured, almost clear, creamy off-white head with a good lace, delicate malty-caramelly nose, supported by a shy bitter touch; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, creamy MF; sweetish caramelly-toasty finish, followed by a delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a very exciting, but a very well crafted brew…

Wenig malziger Antrunk, dünn. Die Malzigkeit steigt nur wenig, Mild würzig, dünner Hopfen, wenig fruchtig. Leichte, sich steigernde Herbe. Gut trinkbar, nichts Besonderes. 8/9/9/8/7/8

(swing top bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready and slightly biscuity malty aroma with notes of caramel, dough and shy grassy hops. Moderately sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Caramelly malt-character with notes of biscuits and a mildly spicy hoppy touch; quite lasten sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish with traces of alcohol shining through. A tad more body and less alcohol would have been nice. 01.XI.13

50cl. nice amber colour with a beige head, that is fluffy and stable. The beer stats mild with a hint of citrus. Nice malt-aroma in the main part, a bit of toffee-sweetnes. Highly drinkable. Very smooth. The aftertaste is long, smooth, with nice malt-toffe-tones, not too sweet and only a little bit of bitterness remains on the tongue. --> Nice!! 12/13/12/12
