08.10.2025. pours a clear pale yellow. aroma: citrusy and floral notes, later some candy and belgian yeast. flavour of candy, coriander, orange zest. medium but persistent bitterness.

Bottle on the 1133 Zurich-Munich, picked up from World Of Beers Zurich HBF, 07/10/2025.
Clear golden with an off white head.
Nose is herb, straw, grains, faint lemon.
Taste comprises herb, yeast esters, grass, lemon, stale bread.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Passable affair.

Al naso arrivano indizi di frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano caratteristiche di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia e mandarino.

opalescent pale yellow colour, minimal creamy white head; aroma of lemony peel, or rather lemongrass, some earthy, yeasty, wheaty, slight unripe fruity and coriander notes; taste of bready, lemony, orange peel oils-like bittery, yeasty and some sweet fruity notes; not bad at all

Hazy yellow color with white head. Spicy Wit feeling, not too fruity. Weird off spice bubblegum taste, meh.
