Der «Rufelihund» ist ein American Pale Ale, das aus dem traditionell englischen Pale Ale entstand und weltweite Renaissance erleben darf. Für dieses Bier haben wir ausschliesslich die besten Aromahopfen aus Amerika ins Glarnerland importiert. Die Zugabe erfolgt besonders schonend in unseren Lagertanks aus den frühen Sechzigern. Durch dieses Verfahren werden nur die edlen, zitrusfruchtigen Aromen bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt ins Bier übertragen.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano note di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

clear amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of toffee, roasted nuts, toasted rye bread, some floral, herbal and buttery notes; taste has the same notes as can be elt in the aroma with some hoppy bitterness; correct one

Weicher, dunkel hopfig-malziger Antrunk. Trocken hopfig im Mittelteil, etwas Karamell, wässrig grasig. Herb-würzig, süffig, mittellanger Nachhall, der aber schnell abflacht. 8/9/9/8/8/8

From tap. Pours clear and golden amber with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and slight wineous. Crisp hoppy, fruity, toasted malty and slight bitter. Toasted and bitter far finish.

At Hako Jubiläumsfest. Orange color, small head. Some herbal characteristics, some juicy hops, some kellerbier feeling. Easy-going and simple.
