From smartbeer, a present for my 40 years from Christine and Olivier. Opening and trying this bottle yesterday, relax at night, on the balcony, not disgusting for a ginger, dry, herbal, mineral with some ginger and toffee, 16.05.22, at Epalinges.

Beautiful amber color with big beige head. Aroma is spicy ginger, a bit berries. sticky and intense. Taste is spicy ginger, but the thin body is immediate. Very earthy, slight hint of caramel. Carbonation is low. The ginger is quite extreme but I like it.
