Bottle, expired 2 months. Hazy dark yellow color, lot of sediment, creamy super-fine white head. Flavor of weizen malt a bit of spices and a citrusy edge, wheat, yeast, dough. Body fairly solid, silky texture, carbonation is surprisingly low. Taste sweetish vaguely tart, alcaline, minimal bitterness. Finish smooth with some dryiness, refreshing, clean.

On tap at Birrificio Italiano, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a medium white foamy head. Aroma has cloves, estery notes, and a little citrus. Flavour is like a hef (not whatever an Italian wheat is), with cloves, citrus zest, and estery notes. Fairly dry, with an estery, lightly citrusy finish. Decent.

Bottiglia.

330ml bottle bought from Beer Merchants as part of a delivery and drunk at home. Light gold, hazy with a small ring of white head. Aroma dominated by ground coriander, a little bit of overripe banana. Taste is achingly sweet. I do like sweet beers bit this is almost too sweet for me. Lots more ripe banana here. Body is a bit watery with heavy carbonation. I do like this beer despite its flaws.

Opalescent to hazy pale golden colour, huge ecru-ish ivory coloured creamy head which lasts for several minutes; aroma and taste of lemony, lemongrassy, coriander, banana and wheaty/bread crusty, as well as some caramel notes (in the taste); great weizen
