330ml can. Quasi black colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Intense, sweet-ish, caramel and dark malty, slightly nutty aroma, notes of caramel, dark caramel, dark chocolate, toffee, hints of peanut. Taste is sweet, caramel and dark malty, notes of caramel, dark caramel, chocolate, some cocoa, hints of malt lozenge, some toffee, a touch of peanut, peanut butter, a minimally spicy, salty touch as well. Sirupy-watery texture, smooth and soft, slightly tacky palate, soft to flat carbonation; the salt probably antagonises the sweetness with more effect than the carbonation. Nice composition, tasty and harmonious, but too sweet and yet another beer heading towards somewhat absurd regions.

0.33l can. Black body with a thin light brown head. Both the aroma and the taste are dominated by caramell, but chocolate, coffee, pecan and hazelnut show up too. It's like the 10% ABV liquid version of a carmel and hazelnut Milka bar. Average body and carbonation, the alcohol is well hidden. Good dessert beer.
