(Bottle) Dark ruby colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, slightly roasty nose with blackberries, red fruit, coffee and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of blackberries, red fruit, barnyard, coffee, chocolate, oak wood and funky yeast. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. The fruit and lambic is more in front than the brune. Very nice.

13/I/24 - 75cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Fleur & Christoph’s place, BB: 10/IV/29, 2018-2019 vintage (2024-29)
Clear purple brown beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable. Aroma: nice, fruity, funky, brett notes, woody, some vinegar, earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice sourish start, fruity, good bitterness, nice acidity, tannins, fruity. Aftertaste: earthy, fruity, blackberries, good bitterness, acidic finish, nice one!
I dunno if it was this or the cassis but chocolate really comes out on one of them and I'm guessing it's this one. Soft finish funk love.

Hapu, mustsõstar, puuviljane, vesine, kuiv, funki ja kuivust on ka nats. Väga hea.
