Bottle, 2018-2019, bb 10/04/2029. Color: Lightly hazy reddish brown, light mocha head. Aroma: Fruity BlackBerry, funky. Taste: Fruity BlackBerry, rural funk, hints of leather, oak wood, some dark malt at the background. Some coffee too, when standing longer, mostly towards and at the finish. Over moderate tart, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice one.

(Bottle) Dark ruby colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, slightly roasty nose with blackberries, red fruit, coffee and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of blackberries, red fruit, barnyard, coffee, chocolate, oak wood and funky yeast. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. The fruit and lambic is more in front than the brune. Very nice.

Sample (from fonefan!). Coppery brown colour, minor head. Aroma is tart wood, some sour fruits, mild chocolate biscuits too with some nutty elements. Flavour is chocolate biscuits, nutty elements with some sour fruits and big time tartness. Kind of Snickers thrown into some sour berry juice. Different, and in a good one.
I dunno if it was this or the cassis but chocolate really comes out on one of them and I'm guessing it's this one. Soft finish funk love.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2019 vintage). Murky brown with small white-ish beige head. Mild oak, funky, blackberry, subtle notes of roasty chocolate. Well balanced, quite nice.

750ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: very dark copper with a tan head. Aroma: quite bold, with a lot of funk backed by dark malts and fruit. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pretty good, however, I am still not convinced that dark malts should be added to lambics.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque rusted reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out pithy blackberry skins, light funk, a bit of barnyard character, and some earthiness. Flavour has a surprisingly nice leathery funk to this, with lots of earthiness, gentle tartness, light barnyard notes, and subtle blackberry pithiness. Funky, leathery, gently jammy and tart. This is surprisingly excellent.
